Return Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have outlined our return policy below:
1. Return Eligibility:
- Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Ryan@DestinationNutritionUS.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Exchanges for the same product or a product of equal value are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These include:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products that are past expiration date.
- Perishable products to include, but not limited to ready to drink (RTD) protein shakes, beverages, protein snacks etc.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
Our return policy applies to purchases made directly from Destination Nutrition.
